1. Most Cloud Storage is Free (For usable amounts like 5GB)
2. You can access them anywhere as long as theirs an internet connection without having to remember a HDD or Pen drive
3. Some Cloud storage options auto upload from your PC/Phone to the cloud so you don't have to worry about forgetting to upload files
4. You can host downloads for the public whilst keeping selected documents off limits so only you can access it (You can let your selected family access certain files)
5. You can upload any file format and sometimes (Depending on your selected service) have a minimalistic office/viewer for editing/viewing files without downloading them
