has anyone ever bought anything from mydeal.com.my and receive their items?

i bought a bag from them yesterday before checking reviews on them. today, i went on their fb and there were so many of those who never got their item even after many calls were made and emails sent. oh god. what do i do?

They are a legit site but obviously have customer service problems. If you paid via a credit card, call the company and tell them to stop the payment. Or you could just wait, no more than 30 days, to see if the item shows up. If it doesn't then you can open a dispute ( chargeback) with the credit company.
