Should I ask her out??

We go to different high schools, but were going to colleges in the same town next year. Her older sister went to my school but I didn't know her that well. I really like her younger sister but have never met her (were same age). I work in a college cafeteria of the college shes going to next year. I also see her all over social media. What should I do??? This drives me crazy. Should I message her or talk to her next year? What do I say?

You don't know anything about her. If you want at least a become friends with her first other wise no don't ask her out
