There is no way anyone would take this online certification seriously.
You need to get certified at a place. Ads |

Online CPR classes would not be so effective, the Red Cross has many local classes.

Free Online First Aid and CPR is not something that anyone actually offers, however, our video library is free for anyone to access any time.
I'm an owner of the one of many CPR and First Aid companies that do both online and blended training, which is how I know how much acceptance we are getting. I highly recommend that you check out the following websites. ProCPR is gaining recognition all across the United States, and is a valid form of certification that meets or exceeds the standards set by the AHA and the Red Cross. The video training is all up-to-date with the latest 2010 guidelines (FYI: the prior update was in 2005, they don't do them yearly). http://www.ProCPR.org http://www.ProFirstAid.com It is definitely valid and has been used by hundreds of thousands of people across the country, and is growing in numbers every day. You should definitely check with your supervisor, though. Depending on your line of work, it may not *yet* be accepted. More and more places are coming on board, though. As our customer testimonials will tell you, people that have been to CPR classes for 40+ years have found our training to be the best they've ever had. Give us a call if you'd like more information. We're more than happy to help find you find out if our course offerings are what you're looking for. If they are not, then we'll let you know. |
