Sure. You can get people to follow you by constantly updating your Twitter account. And making your tweets interesting and informative. Try to avoid negative tweets unless its necessary. Make sure to advertise your twitter account using other Social Media Websites. Post and add a "follow me on twitter @Lifeofteens" at the end of every post to get your name out.
