Why does my Facebook profile picture have a caption under it saying "update profile picture?"?

lol everyone has that it means if you wanna update it if you do it will ask if you wanna take a picture upload one ect but yea everyone has that see even i have it as u can see in the picture

Don’t worry dear,
May be it is some technical issue, so you just wait for some time and then try again,
if issue will remain then going to help option and write this to Facebook,
they sure provide you help quickly.
