Writing a critique on search engines: Google, yahoo and bing?

I have to write a 1/2 page critique on each of the search engines, detailing the effectiveness of each by rating them with a score out of ten. Please help

Yahoo search gets it's data from Bing, so the 2 are often viewed as the same thing.

you only really need to write two as Bing and Yahoo are one and the same now.

Google is still the search giant, but has been morphing itself into other products like email svcs, phones, etc - but it is running into lots of legal troubles everywhere -- USA, Uk, EU, class action litigation, Right To Privacy groups
