Instagram problem? Hacked now can't like anything?

My instagram account got hacked about an hour ago (i wasn't using one of those bots or anything, I don't trust them and have never used one, no idea how it happened)
I got it back by resetting my password (luckily I was on instagram at the time, so I could take action fast enough!)
I've got my account back, but 63 people had been followed (on top of those I followed originally) , I blocked all of these people as I suspected that they'd have something to do with the hack since they mostly weren't "real" accounts
And I had quite a few more likes on all of my photos, so I suspect whoever it was has liked a lot of other people's photos to get likes back?
But anyway,
Now I can't like ANYONE's photos, I've tried my own and my friend's photos, they just automatically unlike?
Any ideas when this will come back to normal?
