Yes, but not even remotely close to all of it. Facebook simply doesn't use that much data. Streaming videos from Netflix/Hulu will eat up data. I've never seen a plan offer a 500 GB monthly limit, are you sure it's not 500 MB?

I use 30+ GB WiFi per month, you will burn through data quickly. Use WiFi as much as possible, it's of fb pictures will eat through fast

As long as you are connected to WiFi it will in no way use any of your data from your plan.
