250k/day website traffic; business potential?? HELP!!?

I just started an interesting website and in the 2nd month of operation. although its a non profit website. i've been getting about 250,000 views daily in the past week. what is the business potential of my website?
at this traffic rate how can i harvest this business. Please help!

250k/day after a month is pretty unbelievable, if it's non profit you may be limited in the ad real estate you can rope out without losing reader loyalty from the clutter.
There are plenty of ad networks that are easy to setup, Google Adsense being the most popular, you could also rent banner space directly or through a broker like BuyAds.com, BuySellads.com, if the traffic can be proven, it's easier after getting Alexa, you can register the site with them to get "certified" traffic data reporting.
