My picture is often used for the same thing. Lots of people want to hire a frog for a few hours.

Anyone who is naive enough to post their pictures on the Internet and not have the account as private or mark the photo with a watermark deserves whatever they get. The world is full of stupid people who whine and complain when they are taken advantage of but don't want any laws that prohibit anything they do. You can't have it both ways.
