What IP address do smartphones with a 4G connection use?

I realize that my other question about 4G and IP addresses was not specific enough for the people in this section. Allow me to try and be more precise so I can avoid sarcastic answers.

What I'm asking is, if I get a smartphone with a 4G connection, will it somehow pick up my IP address from my home internet connection? I do have wifi for a few tablets I use.Or will it have an IP address of it's own?

Let me give you an example of what I'm asking. Let's say I get IP banned on a forum while using my home internet connection. If I go back to that forum on my phone which is 4G, will the IP ban still be in effect or will the site view me as a totally different user?

Does anyone understand what I'm asking now?

The IP address for a phone using 4G is assigned at each connection from a pool of addresses by the carrier, and has no connection whatsoever to your home network's IP address. So an IP ban would not block you if you're connected by 4G, because your IP address is different each time you connect.
