How do you refer to Facebook and Twitter in writing (newswriting/opinion writing)?

Do you say Facebook page and Twitter account?
Or Twitter page? or Facebook and Twitter?

I just want to know how to refer to these sites in an article/blurb?

1. If you are intending to share a website then you can paste link of that site in your status and can share it to public or to your friends. Anyone of your friends or the general facebook users who visits your account can see it.
2. If you want to share just an article/blurb, then you can copy the link of that article or document on the internet and do the same activities as suggested for website sharing.
