Hi Uchenna,

I am Kaveri from the Dell Social Media Outreach team.

This seems to be a Software issue. Kindly install the Dell Webcam central software to resolve this issue. Please find the link below for the same.

You can also install third party software like picasa or NCH software. Below is the link.
