facebook advice about photos?

I'm not use to facebook so I was wondering when people comment on your photo do they get your reply if you write it on that photo they commented on?

yep they sure do

Yes. They get a notification saying "Name has also commented on Name's photo"

it will give them a notice that there's a new comment on a photo they commented on, so as long as they then look at it they will see it, you could always refer to them by name in the post, while typing there name it will give you the option to tag there name in it so they will know there's a comment for them to look at.
