What websites to post resumes online for potential employers?

I was wondering does anyone know of websites where you can post your resume online, specifically in the medical field. The thing is I'm in school for medical office admin./pharmacy I live in a small town so we barley have internship programs even with company's that have them available like Wal-Greens, Rite-Aid but they only have them in bigger cities like Raleigh, Charlotte, and Wilmington.

Try LinkedIn. These days most recruiters have accounts there and I have personally got most of my calls from there.
