Looks like the seller has a stellar rating to me. I can't speak for you, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him/her.

As a newbie on eBay, you'll pay the seller with a credit card via Paypal, which is owned by eBay. When you purchase the item, you'll receive an invoice from Paypal. Enter your info, including card number and verification code on the Paypal page. Paypal charges your card for the amount the seller is asking plus the shipping charge if any, and pays the seller, who then ships your item. With this seller, you should have your item in a weeks time or so. The seller didn't get his terrific rating by shipping slowly; most buyers are impatient.

Let me explain Paypal: eBay has lots of sellers. eBay knows people are reluctant to give out their credit card info, but still wants to let anonymous people complete a sale. Paypal serves both the seller and the buyer by being The Guy Who Holds The Money. When you authorize a charge to Paypal for an eBay purchase, if anything goes south in the transaction (it won't), Paypal is responsible for the money you shelled out. You buy it, never receive it, want your money back because the seller is totally irresponsible (rare rare rare rare rare) - you file a claim with Paypal, you don't have to go after the individual seller. Paypal is very easy to deal with in cases such as this. You have even more power than that: Should Paypal fail to return your dough (that will never happen), you made the purchase with a credit card. You call the card company and put the charge to Paypal in dispute and get your money back that way.

I've made hundreds of eBay purchases, and while I do check the seller's rating and feedback, I have no qualms about purchasing anything from eBay, or any of the reputable online stores.
