Why does Facebook want to make an app that tracks us?

The daily mail might be a load of lying tabloid rubbish but this caught my eye. Why does Mr.Zuckenburg want to control us all and track us? What personal gain will he get by knowing ones whereabouts? Why is Facebook so intrusive too?

Well, all the higher ups want to do is keep track of us as if we're sheep, cattle. If I were, you, I'd not update the app (rumor is the update is coming around March). And if the app updates itself anyway, just leave Facebook unless you want to be tracked at all times.

Facebook has annual revenues of over $5 billion. You do not pay Facebook anything because you are the product being sold. Facebook does what it does to make money out of you. If you do not like it close your Facebook account.
