How do I remove Savings Wizard Extension?

This is for Google Chrome users..
So, basically i've tried EVERYTHING, downloaded Avast free Antivirus, resetting my browers settings, and blocking third party extensions, and NOTHING'S worked. I've tried going into my Programs and seeing if I could uninstall the program, but it isn't even listed there and i've deleted all the unwanted programs that I have. I don't know what to do and of course i've tried going into my extensions but there is no option to delete the extension. Beside it jut says 'installed by enterprise policy' So somebody please help me?

Try system restore to a date before you installed this program.
