Where can I find this movie?

I found a movie called Patema inverted a couple days ago, and have been wondering where I can watch it. It was released in Japan on the ninth... I found one website that has it, but even though it clams to be free it keeps telling me I have to put in a credit card I have seen about 20 minutes of it on Animefreak.tv but thats all they had. Does anyone know where I can watch it, or at least anything about the release dates!?
