PayPal can't verify with bank account?

Hi.

When I press the "verify" button in paypal, it sends me to a form where you have to enter your credit card. But.. I don't have a credit card.

So how do I verify my PayPal account, using my bank account?

I live in Denmark.

It usually asks for my bank account and routing number not a credit card to verify. Check your options again.

I think Paypal had changed its verification policies.
There used to be two options before. Either link it using your bank or your credit card. Sadly, they changed that, and you could only use a card now to get verified.
