I'm sure she liked me 2years when we worked together but I was shy and then got a boyfriend. I would see her after she acts like she didn't see me unless I spoke to her. When we worked together she wasn't shy.

I text her happy birthday and she never replied.A Month ago me and a female friend ran into her and her friend. She hugged me and asked about school. I text her later and told her nice seeing her that she is looking good and to text me sometime she said thanks will do but never did.

I text her tuesday night because I passed by her school that day. I told her I didn't text her cause I figured she was busy and called me silly. We text till she went to bed. She usually likes my pics on instagram.

It sounds like she isn't into you. So much, that she doesn't even communicate with you properly. All I can say is spend time with her, lots of time with her, and build up a relationship, because, you're friendship seems sort of weak.
