All of these messaging platforms are different from each other.
Facebook and twitter are social networking websites. While whats-app, line and we-chat are mobile based messaging applications.
It all depends upon your requirements if you would like to share personal information and personal pictures with the public than Facebook and twitter are the best platforms for that. But if your main motive is just to chat with your friends through mobile based platforms than we-chat, line and whats-app will suit you best.
