I am connected but keeps on saying "no internet access"?

I am connected to the internet but my network access icon on the bottom right taskbar has a yellow triangle and when I check the connections it keeps on saying no internet access. My child plays a lot on my laptop and don't know if maybe she accidentally made some changes. I'm on windows7. Any help please?

I believe the problem is coming from your internet itself. Try reseting the modem and then see if your internet is working. If you are not sure how to do this just youtube how reset modem... or even easier just look up the problem itself and you should easily find a video on how to do so.
