How much will the cash advance transaction cost for a negative PayPal balance?
I recently got a negative balance on my PayPal account because I accidentally used an old credit card, and now I'm trying to resolve it with the right credit card, but it says the cash advance transaction could result in additional fees. Any idea how much that could be?
