Adding my phone number to eBay UK?

So,I am trying to sell a game on eBay.co.uk. I have done evrything except for one thing,add my phone number. There are 2 boxes for me to add numbers. The first box can hold 5 numbers and the 2nd one can only hold 10 numbers. It asks for my area code and phone number. I put 44 in the first box but the I am one number short on the 2nd box. I have llooked through the site to see what I can do but i'm not sure. Any answers?

You have to have a landline to start with (can change it afterward to a mobile) to get verification
You don't need to add the area code (I believe)
