Can you block negative posts on a facebook page you have created?

I have created a page on Facebook and want to set it so that I need to approve comments that are left by anyone. Is there anyway to do this?

If you are using Facebook as your page, as in you are "logged in" as your Facebook page, you should see a little button at the top that says "Edit Page". When the dropbox comes down select "Manage Permissions". You should see an option in the middle called "Posting Ability". Uncheck it. Then only people you add can post stuff.

Edit: To answer your question directly, no, there is no direct way to manually approve comments made by other users.
