This horrible feeling...all because of a FB "Like". Help?

I have a crush on this guy, like it's hardcore. When I see him liking other girls fb photos (not profile pic) I get so jealous. I start comparing myself to the other girl and wonder why he didn't like the photo I posted etc. etc. I'm mostly upset because I won't be seeing him for a long time (he's going abroad) and fb will pretty much be the only way I can keep in contact with him.

It's so childish and I'm tempted to take a fb break because it's all a bit much. Anyone have advice on how to get over this jealousy and sadness?
Hey "Bluesmoke": Labeling me a stalker doesn't help. Why even bother answering my question? Also, women don't always have to wait for the guy to come to them, and since I like him, waiting is not easy.
