i hate facebook and i use twitter, not so much because i find value in it but because i know others do and i use it to promote my books, my websites, my ebay items for sale, my writing, my business, etc.

Facebook is more famous than Twitter, so there are many posibilities to find people you know to talk to, there. Also, there are lots of applications and games to spend your time and you can make your own photo albums. You should use it to communicate with friends and have fun.
Twitter is nice, too. You can tweet(share) whatever is in your mind and if someone likes it will retweet it or favorite it. But there is not chat, only direct messages and also, it is really difficult to find people you know. You should use it if you want to meet new people and watch out famous people' profiles. |
