Need tips for alexa rank?

I have 2 Blog one is about food which usually I don't update and it has only 20 page view per day. It has alexa rank 3,657,070

and I have next funny pictures blog which I update daily and I post only funny pictures. and it has more than 1,500 page view per day but it has alexa rank 11,050,165 .

Can someone tell me why ?

and this both site are one month old .

it just needs time, make pages to where people would be interested in, no one is interested in food, thats why that only get 20 and funny pictures get 1.5 thousand, make some statements to make either site more interesting and more appealing
