Firefox wont open on pc laptop?

I am currently living on my university campus, and I have my own wifi. My laptop works great on it, and firefox loads everytime. But when I go home sometimes and bring my laptop to do work, firefox wont even open, let alone load any pages. My laptop connects perfectly fine to my home wifi, yet I still have this problem. How can I fix this?

Try with a different browser - I'd recommend Google Chrome as it is the fastest and most reliable of all browsers.
