Dark-chat.info is kind of an interesting alternative, depending on what you're looking for. There's no video feature, just anonymous group chat. The chat content disappears whenever a new line is entered, so it's a different kind of experience. The site is kind of obscure, so don't expect a ton of people at any given time. It's small enough that regular user's are recognizable despite not having anything to distinguish their texts besides writing style or deliberate flourishes.
