comments on fb that i didnt comment?

i saw this ad on fb that i clicked on which got me here

and i kept on following the links till i got to some page that told me to use my fb account with fb logo so i clicked on it and then my browser went slow then after like 5 mins i got a small message box that said ''get out of here''...i was scared and i closed every window in my browser,then i went back onto fb and as if nothing has happened,but then i find out that i cant make any comments because i spammed a lot,which i didnt but seems that the page did something....now im not sure what to do...will this happen again,i mean will my account make any unwanted comments?i changed all my security settings (password,security question...etc.)

There is a virus called " redirect virus" it will mess around once you click a link. The non-stop has a bug implanted in it through cookies. Please clean up your browsers cookies, history etc. It can be a hoax too. if it appeared on first of April.
See that you go online scanning by AVG.
There are certain pranks that can be played with link given above, scan the darn url in your machine, must be hidden. Access to FB account is provided by web sites.
Just clean up your machine, by AVG link scanner.
