Why can't I post any comments on Instagram?

So I'm trying to post this comment on Instagram and they keep on saying that my comment is blocked in a pop up screen. Then it took me to a screen saying blocked from adding content: You are trying to do something marked as abusive. After that it makes you fill out a form saying what you tried to do and why you think it's an error (I must've filled it out 50 times). The thing is I didn't do anything wrong I've tried posting things like hi and Cool and I can't post help.

U r probably commenting too much. After 8 comments in a row, it doesnt allow u too comment anymore.
