How to set up a babysitting ad?

I'm 16 years old and I've been thinking of ways to make money for myself. I'm really good with kids and I take care of them at my church, so I decided, why not start baby sitting at my apartment complex? I want to set up an advertisement, I'm currently brainstorming methods of discipline, and I'm trying to work out the hours that I'm available after school but it's so hard because I don't know if it's gonna be busy. I want to be really good at this and I want to know how to set up appointments. I was thinking 5-7 dollars an hour and the latest I'll work on weekdays is at 9:30. How can I set up a plan? Once I'm ready, I'll type my ad up in word, make copies and paste them at our mail area.

Halloween is coming up! make up flyers advertising your services and your phone number, and put them in the trick or treat bags. This worked wonders for me years ago!
