You can make Facebook page very easily.You can see a "create a group" option on Facebook.Use that option and make your on page.And you can add your friends to that page.use this method to make a page on Facebook....!!!

1.search "pages" in the search bar
2. click "did you mean: facebook pages"
3. click the silver button at the top of the page that says "create a new facebook page"

suggestion: if you want to choose who fans then create a GROUP by searching "groups" in the search box and click on the symbol with the 2 people...
