My instagram still dosent work?!?

i have updated it, you know how it has the video? yeah now i cant even post videos. first i cant post pictures and now i cant post videos. the picture turns black when i post it. when i try to post a video it doesn't have a camera. i have a samsung galaxy ace phone. IT'S REALLY ANNOYING, PLEASE HELP MEEEEEE!
