Manchester or Sheffield?
Hi there! I'm an italian girl and I'd love to move in the north of England in future.I hate to live in Italy and I don't understand why people want to move here. By the way I have a few questions... please be patient with me Smile Which is the best place to live between Manchester and Sheffield? Which city has the best job market? The best night-life? The best indie-rock scene? I'm not interested in university-life because I want to get my degree here in Italy ( or in Scotland, maybe?) . I'm only 17 but I'm putting my heart and soul into it. I'm not interested to meet Italian people when I'll be there. The few Italians I meet, the happier I am haha.
If you want, you can contact me on twitter: https://twitter.com/extrazucchero
Cheers!
I don't think that England is a paradise, but I can't stand my life here in Italy. I don''t like Italians, they aren't as outgoing as they seem. Moreover here in Italy there are a lot of financial problems (more than England, trust me) The bureaucracy sucks. If you are not a recommended you can't go on. It's not easy to explain, you need to live there to understand what I mean. The only positive things are food and (sometimes) weather. Apart from these, I really can't find any benefit wastin' my life in a place that I hate.
Moreover, I'll probably move there in 5 years, so I hope the crisis won't be bad as it is now.

You're delusional if you think England is some sort of paradise compared to Italy.

England, and in particular the North of England is suffering from all the financial problems and social problems that Italy is.

Just like in Italy, there are plenty of English people who hate living in England and thousands of them move abroad each year.
