Advance Facebook Button Help - How to : Click Like & Next Button Appear?

I've seen a website that is giving some tools but for that you need to click on "Like" button then "Share" button after liking and sharing download link would appear. how to do that how can i link the button.
nice thing is user have to logged in facebook to use "like" & "share" buttons other wise download link wont appear until you like & share it via your facebook account.

Really waiting for answer but a tutorial would be excellent.
P.S ohh btw i want to work on it in wordpress or html.
