Ebay question about selling to other countries? I only get one choice.?

I just opened a new Ebay account. I only get one choice to sell to other countries...and that's Canada or Worldwide. My boyfriend has an account and he gets many options and can't figure out why my account looks so different in general. Any help?

I think you can choose Worldwide then eliminate countries you don't want to offer shipping to.

I had issues with mailing things to many countries outside north America so just stopped offering though I'd make an exception if someone in another country was willing to pay more for shipping and insurance.
