Is Google chrome a safe browser?

I had google chrome for a while. Then after opening an email attachment, I got some malware and however I got rid of them, whenever I download google chrome the troubles return and it seems to have lots of bugs. I'm not sure, maybe I'm downloading a fake google chrome. Where is a safe place to download it and does anyone ever had problems with bugs with google chrome?

Not all browsers are safe to be honest, I've been using mozilla firefox and its brilliant.. I'm a college student and to me all about the best is needed and I would recommend you to mozilla, its free to download

google chrome is so much faster than any other browser and i have never had any problems with it or bugs or anything.

Use the Google search engine and search "Google Chrome". Click on the first link that shows up. I have been using Google Chrome for almost a year now, and I haven't have any problems.

The EU (European Union) rated it the safest. Its very safe! You can download it at chrome. google.com!
If you want to prevent from downloading malware, switch over to gmail if you haven't yet. Chrome now scans downloads, and it will warn you when trying to download any malware/viruses!
