IPhone 4S Battery Life?

IPhone 4S Battery Life?
Hey Guys,

I have an iPhone 4S about 17 months old currently running iOS 6.1.3 FRONT SCREEN IS CRACKED A BIT

The phone is great, but the battery spoils it.
The battery on my phone is absolutely terrible, my phone would last
UNDER 1 HOUR - Heavy Usage/Games/Yourube
1-2 HOURS - Facebook/Instagram/WebBrowsing maybe a game for a bit.
2-2.5 HOURS
Basic Web Browsing, Texting, Light Usage

Remember those are from 100% till Dead

I mostly just use my phone for Medium Usage.
I have to charge my phone at least 3 times a day which is absolutely ridiculous
I have also done like everything ex. Bluetooth/Wifi/3G Off , Location Services Off, Brightness Dimmest as possible, Notifications off I could go on..
Also restoring doesn't do much.. As the problem occurs a couple days after restore
I have also deleted all games off my phone, and now only have Instagram Facebook ask fm just a couple simple photo editing apps, and that's pretty much all aha.
The right corner of my screen is cracked on the front, not sure if that effects my battery life in any way
So any suggestions? Should I get it sent to apple for $100 will they still replace the battery even though my front screen is cracked ? Should I not even bother and just get a new phone ? Maybe there's some setting I need to change?? Suggestions at all??? Thanks guys appreciated heaps Smile

You should take it to apple. I think a new phone cost more than a battery repairment. A brand new Iphone 5 will you $199. However if you are going to send it to apple the battery will cost actually $79 plus 6.95. Even though its like $5 dollars more, think about if you get new one you will have to get a new phoen number or transfer your old one and it will be an annoying process. Good luck!
