Has not been submitted to yahoo
Has no sitemap

There are many things, plus there are no relevant backlinks or social signals for this site.

It certainly indexed by Yahoo, demonstrated by a search for: site:www.rnozao1.com

I'm not sure what your reference to "seo for yahoo" means
