This sounds like a dysfunctional relationship tbh. If you can't trust her why are you staying with her? Or why should she stay with you if she can be trusted but you're still paranoid?

Just ask her. If shes lying to you about a second account then you may need to reevaluate your relationship with her. Communication is key and if you can't trust each other with little things like that then there may not be much hope :/ Sorry. If you do find out she does have a second account and confront her about and she lies and starts to cry instead of getting angry... shes probably got somn else on the side. But I could be completly wrong!
