Literally anything you can do to get that link on as many websites, social bookmarking sites, or anywhere, the better it will be ranked. Find relavent forums to promote your site, or you can pay someone on fiverr 5 bucks to get your PR higher for you. Not a bad deal really. There are some companies which provides free SEO guidance, suggestion, business consultants, business networking etc. They work on partnership basis. You can get free advice with WEBINFOSYS.IN
