I go on google books a lot to read without having to spend money but then yesterday when I tried to go to that site I got that notification. It freaked me out. It asked me to copy letters to make sure I wasn't a robot so I did that but now what? Can I not use that site anymore? Are they going to continue to contact me?? I feel like I did something really bad and I hate that they are tracking my IP so closely. Please answer

There is nothing to be worried about! The text / number entry is known as CAPTCHA its put there to stop people setting up Bots to copy the contents of the book. Because you have been using it a lot you may get asked to verify you are a human a little more often. No need to stress!
