I have Twitter stalker for the past 3 years now.?

So this girl that I became friends with a long time ago on Twitter through a group of Playstation 3 friends has been holding a big grudge of some sort on me ever since she found out I changed my twitter page into a Skyrim theme like hers only mines was different. She also made a big deal of the whole My little pony rp account accusing me that I copied her when I wasn't, my bio and and header was completely different even though we RPed the same character. There was only one time I got an AVI from her but didn't know it was edited by her. [The picture can be found anywhere n the internet and its not her property either.] Ever since those times, I know she has stalked me and read my tweets to get ever information I post to publicly humiliate me in front of her friends about how old I am and I'm living with my mom, and how successful she is more than me and insulting me on how I look, she even accused me of a pedo!! When its all false, I /never/ was involved in any sort of stuff like that! She was actually the pedo getting involved with a 17 year old when she was 21! I say that **** was waaay too far and I call this cyberbullying. And recently, just to make it even worse, I deleted a recent account where she knew I had and I decided to start a new one. But guess what?! SHE FOUND ME AGAIN! She posted up a screenshot of my last tweet about a rant I did and she felt that I was talking about her, what a coincidence, she calls me a weebo stalker when she's the one spending the time looking through my tweets and spying on me. I want to report her on Twitter already, I have a few screenshot even the most recent one but the problem here is should I? I mean I blocked her many times and have protected my accounts always and honestly I'm tired of making my account private for the sake of her only! Its ridiculous! I would like to at least ban her accounts as she has two of them and I'm just sick of 3 years of stalking by this girl. Its abuse in my opinion. She really needs to lay off twitter and concentrate in her "successful" life she so says instead. Please help me on what you think I should do. I have met good friends on here and I don't want to deactivate my account. I want to know also if there's anyway I can send my screenshots of proof to Twitter? I can't link those tweets since her account is protected.
You think I should leave it alone by ignoring her or should I report and get it over with?
