Windows 7 and IE 11 not recognized?

Windows 7 and IE 11 not recognized?
When trying to go to a couple of different sites I get a message that IE8 or better is required and Windows 7 or greater is needed. I have IE 11 installed and Win 7 SP1 fully installed. This is just a recent issue. Any ideas?

seems prob w/ IE 11.

Try uninstalling and and re installing 10.
