If i not doing search engine submission in SEO. Is Google visit my web site?
if yes then why?

It will visit your website, because google visits all websites. You won't rank high in the search results if your website is not optimized for SEO.

Yes. Google will visit your site. Because search engines crawl every site which is live on internet no matter whatever is there inside a site. Previously, we had to submit the site in search engines but now it's not required anymore.

But just noticing the site by search engine is not enough if you're selling any commercial product through website or want visitors & traffic on site. For that, you require a SEO who will do site analysis and get your site at better ranking positions thus will get you targeted traffic.
