RAM: 4 GB (3.47 Usable)

HDD: 1TB

And i set my virtual ram to 12 gb, and I will be streaming Starcraft 2. Also, I would like to know what settings I should use on OBS with these specs if you know. THANK YOU!

you cpu is a little on the slow side for live streaming gameplay.
starcraft isnt too demanding, but you may get lag depending on what is on the screen at the time.

id suggest streaming in 720P and not 1080P.

Streaming video is mostly reliant on a good Internet connection. You have an excellent connection so it should work fine.

Your internet connection is fast enough for a high quality stream on twitch, but your processor may not be able to handle it. Only one way to find out and that is to try it!

I have found twitch's official guide for OBS to be great.

Let me know your twitch name and I'll follow you.
